RETURNS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept return requests on our full price items (except custom made items, unless they are faulty) within 21 days of order date.
With regards to any custom made items, we regret we cannot accept returns on customised, or personalised items unless they are faulty.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition.

  • Item/s must not have been used or altered in any way

We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.

Items on sale cannot be returned, and are non refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

Refunds will be issued excluding a 20 USD fee to cover the original shipping, other than for faulty items.

Return items must be received at our returns processing site within 28 days of the return request being raised. Return items not received before this period will be rejected.

ARE RETURNS FREE? 

The shipping costs incurred for returning items to AN3 Parts for a refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN? 

To initiate a return, simply visit send an email to info@an3parts.com with all order details and we will help you.

Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

AN3 Parts cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Always post as business parcel, and include tracking.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED? 

We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 2-10 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT? 

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged order, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@an3parts.com
